Creative Leicester Shire is a programme set up in 2005 to support small arts, design and media businesses in Leicestershire and Rutland.

Independent evaluation on the first 18 months of Creative LeicesterShire's activity was undertaken in autumn 2006. The full evaluation report is available here. Recommendations from the report have been used to create our Forward Plan 2008-11. Please contact us if you would like a copy.
