Performing Arts Leicester

Any organisation supporting, creating or promoting professional dance, music or theatre is encouraged to join this partnership to promote performing arts in Leicestershire and Rutland. The partnership have a programme of leadership training, discussion groups and visits planned for 2010.

Emergency - performing arts showcase

This regular showcase of dance, theatre, live literature, film and comedy takes place at the Y Theatre. Any East Midlands artist can present a 15 minute showcase of their work. There is no charge you can meet other artists and discuss your work, get technical support from the Y, obtain helpful friendly feedback from the audience and receive post-show advice from Creative Leicestershire about developing your business.
